Delivery

Delivery is free on every order to addresses in Great Britain, except the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly (see below). While we're taking orders by enquiry, we confirm the delivery date with your quote.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Larger items such as riser recliners, hoists and wheelchairs can take a little longer, and the courier will contact you to arrange a day. If something is going to take longer than usual, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

Who delivers

Many products are sent straight from the manufacturer's UK warehouse, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel. We'll email you tracking details where the courier provides them.

Where we deliver

We deliver free to Great Britain except the areas listed here. We can't currently take orders for the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, because couriers charge much more to reach them. Please contact us and we'll check what we can do.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please let us know as soon as you can or at hello@keepmovingcare.com, ideally with a photo, so we can sort it out quickly with the courier. This doesn't affect your legal rights: you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
