Our Price Match Policy
At Keep Moving Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible when you shop with us. That’s why we offer our Price Match Policy – we guarantee that you’ll find the best price possible.
How Does It Work?
In order to qualify for our Price Match Policy, you need to meet the criteria below:
- Your delivery address must be within the UK and the produce needs to be delivered to that address.
- The competitor’s product needs to be identical in terms of size, colour, model, year, specifications and manufacturer.
- The product must be in stock at the time of the price match.
- The competitor’s price needs to include delivery charges. If it does not, the delivery costs will be added to the offer in order to create a total price which is inclusive of delivery. The cost of delivery will be estimated using the competitor’s delivery policies, based on just that product being ordered.
- The competitor’s price needs to be publicly advertised online and be verifiable at the time of the price match, but it can’t include any volume, personal or membership discounts. We cannot match multi-item promotional offers or bulk buying discounts.
- The competitor needs to be based in the UK, as well as sell and deliver items to UK addresses, directly to customers. We cannot compare auction or marketplace prices on sites such as eBay or Amazon.
- If you have found a price from an international retailer, we will endeavour to match it, but we cannot guarantee that the match will be authorised or successful.
How to Make a Claim
The process for making a price match claim couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is follow these steps to see if you could save money on your mobility scooter purchase.
- If you believe you’ve found a product which meets the above criteria, email email@example.com with the subject line ‘Price Match Request’.
- Send us the website address/URL to the exact product you want to purchase from our website, along with the size and colour specifications you would prefer.
- Send us the website address/URL to the same in-stock product you have seen on the competitor website.
- Be sure to include the advertised purchase price and be aware that the price may vary depending on the colour or size.
- Include the competitor’s delivery charges, if the price doesn’t include these costs in the total price.
Once we’ve received all of the above information, we can check if the product meets our criteria and authorise the Price Match if so. We will either give you a call or email state your preference!
- We can’t retrospectively Price Match after you’ve ordered a product.
- Our Delivery prices are included in our item.
- The purchase of multiple items at a matched price will only be permitted at the discretion of Keep Moving Care’s customer service team.
