If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please call If the product(s) are not returned in the original condition, Keep Moving Care reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of the product(s). While we are happy for you to unpack the item to inspect it, if you’ve used or installed it, we can only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. This can be up to 50% of the price of the item.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on product(s) which are Made to Order or have been adapted in any way to suit your requirements. A refund can only be provided if the product(s) arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
