These terms apply to orders placed on keepmovingcare.com. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

Keep Moving Care is a trading name of Millenio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 12709494, registered office 31 The Mill Building, 31 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, BN11 1LY. VAT number GB 380 5725 87.

Your order

We're currently taking orders by enquiry. When you ask to order, we email you a quote with the current price and delivery date. Nothing is charged and no contract is made until you accept the quote and pay. These terms then apply to that order.

When you pay, we email you to confirm we've received your order. The contract between us starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched. If we can't supply an item, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. They include VAT at the current rate unless you've made a valid VAT relief declaration, in which case qualifying items are charged without VAT. Delivery is free to most of Great Britain (see our delivery page for the exceptions). We tell you how to pay when we send your quote.

VAT relief

If you claim VAT relief, you confirm that the declaration you give is true. If it later turns out the purchase didn't qualify, we may need to recover the VAT from you.

Delivery

See our delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last part of it). See our returns page for how to cancel, refunds, return costs and the model cancellation form. We email you these terms and your cancellation rights with your order confirmation.

Using the products

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions, including maximum user weights. If you're unsure whether a product suits someone's needs, ask an occupational therapist or call us before ordering.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
